Fort Simpson’s Wolfpack Challenge

The Fort Simpson Aboriginal Youth Entrepreneurship Program held it’s Wolfpack Challenge on June 6, 2013.  A ‘wolfpack’ of local business people watched presentations from the students in the program, as they outlined their ideas for starting a business.  From a large scale fish plant, to a beauty salon, to transportation services for the elderly, the students presented their business ideas and faced questions from the ‘wolfpack’.

Each student in the program worked with a mentor who  gave support and feedback to the student while they worked on their business plan.  The next session of students start the program in August of 2013.
